    Be responsible for administration business, financial management, human resource management and the related party affairs and discipline supervision.

II、Member Department （ＴＥＬ： 010-68576139 ）

    In charge of arranging for enterprises to join association and serving them. Be responsible for establishing,servicing and managing branches and representative organizations, cooperating with the related special service organization to prepare, organize and hold general meeting, council and routine council.

III、 Market Department （ＴＥＬ： 010-68575515 ）

    In charge of connecting with domestic and abroad service organizations, such as financial institution, small and medium enterprises organizations and so on, to set up service platform for enterprises on investment, financing, listing, law, financial affairs and so on to promote them to development orderly.

IV、 Business Development Department （ＴＥＬ： 010-68539385 ）

    Be responsible to bring suggestion on business line development and reformation forward, to set down trade standard and restriction, to join in investigating industry damage and antidumping, to organize experience and technology communication activity and various exhibitions, to act as a coordinator for small and medium enterprises ' financing guaranty .

    Be responsible to make annual training plan for association and organize business training, consigned by national education department to carry on occupation education, to organize foreign training exchange and recruitment of intellectuals from abroad.

VI、 Foreign Liaison Department （ＴＥＬ： 010-84470012 ）

    The H.J.J.H Group is the partner organization that is in charge of Foreign Liaison Department of China Association for Small & Medium Commercial Enterprises. The main activities are as the followings:
1. To promote the cooperation and ties between companies, companies and government, domestic companies and foreign counterparts.
2. To organize commodity trade fairs and exhibitions. To help member companies grow their market shares and establish new modes of operations and new distribution channels.
3. To facilitate international cooperation and exchanges, as well as to help member companies gain access to advanced technology, management and funds to.
4. To conduct statistical and analyzing work in order to provide the important data for country to establish development policies, and easier to make the correct decisions for small and medium companies.
5. To participate or facilitate training programs for executives on management, technology and import and export business.

    Be responsible to put forward , investigate and complete significant topic about business, to submit topic application to related state department, to organize specialists to carry on profession researching, planning and consulting service.

    Be responsible to collect, analyze and release market and commodity information, to establish online platform on which association can work, promote themselves and provide service, to make enterprises informative.
